More than an office hotel: a place for business
WeSpace started in 2015 and is one of the oldest office hotels in Halmstad. We are a safe and welcoming place to work with a good working environment, and a dependable landlord to rent premises from over time. Our tenants stay with us for 7.2 years on average.
WeSpace is a natural place to network, build relationships and do business. Many start-ups have found their first customers through the contacts here. Nobody walks around selling to each other, but relationships tend to build business, and here they form naturally over breakfast or in the corridor.
Whether you are starting your first company or work at a larger one, WeSpace is here for you. Get in touch and we will invite you to breakfast and a tour.
WeSpace welcomes entrepreneurs from all of Halland, north-west Skåne and Småland. We have tenants from Laholm, Falkenberg, Varberg, Kungsbacka, Båstad, Ängelholm, Ljungby, Växjö, Hyltebruk and Smålandsstenar.

What tenants say
4.9 out of 5 on Google based on 45 reviews.
"I had the chance to spend 3 days here while travelling to Halmstad, the facilities are great and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The office spaces are quite big and well insulated regarding sound. Also, the owner was always super kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about WeSpace, highly recommended!"
