What data we process
When you book a meeting room, request a quote, contact us or book a breakfast we collect name, email, phone, company and registration number plus what you write in the message. We never take card details. Bookings are invoiced afterwards, and the invoice is handled in our invoicing system Fortnox.
On the website, technical data such as IP address and browser are collected via necessary cookies. Statistics and ad measurement happen only if you have consented.
Why we process the data
To perform agreements with you (bookings, quotes, leases), to answer enquiries (legitimate interest), for accounting (legal obligation) and for statistics and marketing (consent).
How long we keep the data
Bookings and invoice records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act. Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 24 months. You can at any time ask us to delete data that we are not required by law to keep.
Who we share data with
Suppliers that help us run the business: booking system (Kontorshubben), invoicing (Fortnox), email (Resend), breakfast scheduling (Google Calendar) and hosting. All have data processing agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing and to receive your data (data portability). You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact kontor@wespace.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
